We're thrilled you've chosen to participate in the Executive Leadership Experience (ExecLX). The following details are provided to help guide you through this learning and networking experience. If you cannot find the information needed, please don't hesitate to contact Erica Hartnett.  

Preparing for Your Experience

The ExecLX is comprised of: 

• A live virtual kick-off session
• 2, 2-day in-person sessions
• 3, 90-minute live virtual learning sessions
• Monthly virtual meetings with your peer advisory group
• 4 hours of 1:1 executive coaching
• A closing session

Travel Details for In-Person Session 1 

Dates: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 - Wednesday, May 21, 2025

Panera Support Center

Visitor parking is in front of the building and attendees may park in any of those spots. The entrance to the building is on the Lobby floor. Elevators are to the left. We are located on the first floor, and you will see the Panera lobby immediately upon exiting the elevators. Attendees will be greeted as they enter and shown to the conference room.


Schedule: 

• May 19 - Attend a St. Louis Cardinals game in Technology Partners' private suite at Busch Stadium. Attendees will be picked up by a chartered bus at 5:45pm outside the hotel's main entrance in the circle drive. We will arrive at Busch Stadium at around 6:30 p.m. The bus will take attendees back to their hotels after the game (~9:30 p.m.)​
• May 20 - 7:30 a.m. - Dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Twisted Tree Steakhouse, Holiday Inn St Louis SW - Route 66.
• May 21 - 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Please plan to arrive in St. Louis no later than the evening of May 19, and please arrange return flights after 5:30 p.m. on May 21.
