Welcome to Cohort 2 of ExecLX

We're thrilled you've chosen to participate in the Executive Leadership Experience (ExecLX). The following details are provided to help guide you through this learning and networking experience. If you cannot find the information needed, please don't hesitate to contact Erica Hartnett.  

Preparing for Your Experience

The ExecLX is an experience comprised of: 
  • A live virtual kick-off session
  • 2, 2-day in-person sessions
  • 3, 90-minute live virtual learning sessions
  • Monthly virtual meetings with your peer advisory group
  • 4 hours of 1:1 executive coaching
  • A closing session

Travel Details for In-Person Session 1 

Dates: Tuesday, October 15, 2024 - Wednesday, October 16, 2024

Location: Ally Corporate Center, 601 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202
  • For those taking UBER/Lyft, it should drop you at the front of the building on Tryon Street.
  • For those driving themselves, please use the parking structure off of Good Samaritan Way immediately behind the Ally building. Park in the visitor section in any spot not labeled. Bring your parking ticket received when entering the garage with you and it will be validated by Ally.

Schedule: 
  • October 15 - 7:30 a.m. - Dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m. (will be held at Aria Tuscan Grill, a .5 mile/11 minute walk from Ally).
  • October 16 - 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Please plan to arrive in Charlotte no later than the evening of October 14, and please arrange return flights after 6:30 p.m. on October 16.

Krispy Kreme Corporate Office Parking:
Upon arrival, please feel free to park in any open space. If there are no available spaces, you can park in the gravel lot, but be aware there is a cost associated with parking there and Krispy Kreme does not validate for any parking spaces.
 

Krispy Kreme Corporate Office Security/Check-In:
  • Once you enter the building, you must sign in at the kiosk (on the right) with your First and Last name, organization name, and the name of the person who is hosting you: Angela Yochem. The kiosk will print a badge for you to affix to your shirt/blouse (it must be displayed while you are in the Krispy Kreme offices).
  • The Town Hall space is located to the right down the main corridor. An Office Manager sits at the front desk, and she can direct you to the space. (There will be a brick wall with a window straight ahead of you from the kiosk. Walk towards that wall and then turn right).  
  • Restrooms are adjacent to the Town Hall space.

Dress Code is business casual.
