Designed and delivered by former cybersecurity executives, participants will engage in a proven combination of workshops, networking, and mentoring. The CyberLX is a 9-month learning journey. The average time commitment expected is approximately 1 hour per week.

Participants will engage in self-paced learning activities, 1:1 mentoring meetings, group exercises, and live online workshops..

Key Program Components

Self-Awareness and Impact
At the beginning of their leadership journey, participants are evaluated on 15 research-based competencies that provide a full picture of their skills, strengths, and areas of opportunity. Just before graduating, participants will reassess 

1:1 Mentoring
Every participant is mentored by a CISO or senior cyber leader outside of their organization to learn valuable outside perspectives, receive feedback and advice, and build their network.

Peer Connections
Participants benefit from cross-industry learning, shared experiences, and best practices through their experience. They develop trusted relationships, problem-solve challenges, gain unbiased and external perspectives, and learn best practices.

Cyber Leadership Development:
Every 6 to 8 weeks, participants attend a virtual workshop covering core skills with focus on practical application in real-life cyber situations. Led by former cyber executives with decades of experience, the workshops are highly engaging and utilize small group activities, role plays, and case studies for interactive practice.
