The Program Experience

TIME COMMITMENT

The ExecLX is a 9-month learning journey. 6 months of learning includes two, 2-day onsite learning sessions and an average of 3 hours per month of online learning + 3 months of 1:1 executive coaching.

AUDIENCE

The ExecLX is designed for those technology executives who are committed to increasing their leadership effectiveness with a balanced focus on relationships and results.

DELIVERY METHOD
