To date, we have committed more than $350,000 in scholarships across three dozen STEM non-profits to develop future technology leaders.One of the common threads among the world’s leading technology executives is their unwavering commitment to inspiring, teaching, and growing the next generation of technology leaders.
With their eyes on the future, these highly accomplished executives view themselves as both leaders and teachers, and they’re continually looking for opportunities to give back. At Ouellette and Associates, we wanted to provide another venue for them to make a difference, allowing them to expand their generosity to an even broader audience of deserving up-and-coming technology leaders. O&A’s Commitment to Tech4Good Through our Tech Whisperers podcast and associated Tech4Good initiatives, O&A has underwritten more than $400,000 in scholarships to the Technology Leadership Experience (The TechLX) and the Cyber Leadership Experience (The Cyber LX). These nine-month cohort-based learning experiences equip emerging IT and cyber leaders with the essential self-awareness, skills, mentoring, and networking to step up to tomorrow’s executive responsibilities. Each podcast guest is given the opportunity to designate a nonprofit to receive one scholarship seat to the program for an emerging tech leader at the organization. These executives are directing scholarships to a diverse array of organizations that are making an impact in communities around the country.
